Thanks John, I had the shutter speed set @1/125 should have been fast enough. After reviewing the settings I found that the camera didn't change from auto to manual shutter. Need to get this checked...

Well you answered your own question. I thought too slow shutter speed as soon as I saw it. Secondly I thought possible camera movement but after shooting all those pics, that could not be the case....

Denny; I have had a older digital camera that did not hold the previous setting when turned off or timed out, it would revert to the default setting, could it be your problem? John.

One trick to reduce blur, even in well lit situations, is to shoot with fill flash. That way your shutters speed should be 1/125 and the flash duration will be less than 1/3000 sec....that will freeze...
